This Neighbourhood Forum is organised by Cumbria County Council in order to encourage communication between residents, service providers and Councillors. The Forums can give details about issues of interest to local people and give a chance to raise concerns and ideas for the area.
AGENDA
1. WELCOME (and any relevant “declarations of interest” from the County Councillors)
2. A LOCAL VIEW – A local resident will give their view of life in the Natland area
3. LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK CONSULTATION
South Lakeland District Council is consulting on possible sites for new housing and employment. Dan Hudson, the Council’s Development Strategy Group Manager, will talk about:

* Suggested site options for the area
* How SLDC is consulting
* How people can make their views known

4. 2011/12 BUDGETS
Councillors will talk about Cumbria County Council and South Lakeland District Council budgets and Sergeant Bill Nolan will talk about Police budgets for the coming year
